Love is happiness when I'm with you

The cold pierces and tears my soul in all direction simply because you're not here..
Your absence beside me feels like a room without anything but just a dull eerie space.
Because stars align straight when i think of you.
Guiding my way home, guiding my way to where you are.
And when I do find you, angels and birds sing with happiness for me.
My world halts to a stop with your arms wrapped around me, and your lips locked in mine.
And I love seizing the time just to be with you.
Not a care in the world because you make everything so fine and peaceful without even trying.
And I love that about you.

morning love

In the wee hours of the morning, I turn around and see your face next to mine, how I love to kiss your sleepy eyes and watch you sleep so peaceful.
I love the way you wrap your arms around my waist when I start to shiver from the cold.
And I love the way we wake up, us still hugging each other all through the night.

And when I don't feel like getting up, you know a simple cup of coffee is enough to wake me up :)

I love that we're so tranquil together.
Just your presence in the morning is enough to jumpstart my day :)

Life as a journey

And this I say to you as your friend.

Never forget your dreams.
For dreams are your passion
and life without passion is not life at all.
For living is not just about surving,
but to experience what the world presents to us.
We are mere explorers of this vast space and we are mere riders to the journey of life.
It is up to us to make the most out of this trip.
It is an inescapable truth that all of us, sooner or later will leave.
So before that happens, I pray you've left a footprint on the world.
And I pray that people will not just remember you by your name,
but also with the memories you left them.

I say a fresh start

Do you remember the last time you felt sweaty, stinky and sticky that all you wanted was a shower?
Well, that's what I always feel on the last few remaining days of the year. I feel iffy and just wanting to end the year and start a new one.
I want all of my pending errands to be done before the year ends. Although it's really not that practical because of the traffic, still, starting the year without any undone laundries is a good thing. The more tasks done, the fresher I feel.
And feeling fresh is EXTREMELY important specially with people who's stressed so quickly like me.
I LOVE reminiscing about the good times I had during this year. All the new friends I made, the laughter, food and all things that we shared.
I also love dreaming about the new upcoming year.
See, I mostly am an optimistic person. Which means I see a good thing in every bad situation.

Anyway, I hope you have a good new year celebration and an even better year ahead :)
